Just a quick reminder that the March 2nd guild meeting will be held at the La Sierra branch of the Riverside City Library. The address is 4600 La Sierra Ave, Riverside and is easy to find. From the 91 Fwy take the La Sierra exit north 1.5 miles to Schuyler Ave. The Library is on the Northwest corner and if you turn left on Schuyler Ave the parking lot entrance is on that side.
Things to remember to bring to the meeting: Any quilts that you will be providing for our display at the Upland Library for Women’s History Month. Your Block Lotto blocks! We will be raffling our first gift basket of the year. This month’s program is our own Alison Cutler who will be presenting her Transitional Quilter talk and trunk show. And of course don’t forget your Show and Shares.
If you need supplies to make charity quilts or fundraiser items Laura will be handing out free, yes, FREE fabric from the generous donation made to our guild. Included will be a selection of larger quantities, 4 to 11 yards, for backings or quilt tops. All quilt shop quality!
