Interested in becoming a member of the Inland Empire Modern Quilt Guild? We’d love to have you join us! Membership includes monthly meetings in our local chapter and joint membership in the national Modern Quilt Guild (MQG). New members are welcome at any time and your first meeting/event is free. If you like what you see, membership dues are $45 annually (Student and Junior Members are $20 annually); after July, you can join for a reduced membership fee of $25. See below for how to join.

METHOD A: If you do NOT have a PayPal Account
Download and print out the membership form. Fill out the blanks and the boxes. When completed, put it in an envelope and address it as follows:

Write your check out to IEMQG.
Include your Membership Form
Send it off to our Treasurer
Please note: If we receive your membership form, but not your dues, you are not yet a member of our Guild. Both have to be received.
METHOD B: If you have a PayPal Account
Download the Membership Form, fill out the blanks and boxes, and follow the directions above.
Tip: If you have a PDF editing program, download the document and edit it on your computer. Save it to your hard drive. Then open an email and address it to our Guild: iemodernquiltguild@gmail.com. In the subject line write: Membership Form. Attach the completed PDF form to the email and send it off.
After filling out the form, pay your membership fees using PayPal. You must have a PayPal account to use this method. Simply log into your account and send your payment to our email address iemodernquiltguild@gmail.com
